Account & Registration

Go to swertemax.asia/register and fill in the three-step registration form. You'll need a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, a username, and a password. After submitting your personal details, we'll send a 6-digit SMS verification code to your phone. Enter the code, tick the age confirmation and terms checkbox, and your account is created. The whole process takes less than two minutes on a mobile phone. Swerte Max is strictly for Filipino players who are 21 years of age or older.

Yes, completely free. There is no registration fee, no account maintenance fee, and no monthly charge to keep your Swerte Max account active. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit and place a bet. Creating your account costs nothing.

The minimum age is 21 years old. This is a strict PAGCOR requirement and it is enforced through document verification (KYC). If you are under 21, your account will be permanently closed the moment this is identified, and any balance will be forfeited. Swerte Max does not allow any exceptions to this rule.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?". Enter the email address linked to your Swerte Max account and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact our support team via live chat and they can help verify your identity through your registered mobile number.

Your username is permanent and cannot be changed after registration, since it appears on leaderboards and betting history. Your email address can be updated by contacting our support team — you'll need to verify your identity using your registered mobile number and government ID before the change is made. Your mobile number can also be updated through the Account Settings section, subject to the same verification process.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal. You'll need to upload: (1) a clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID — accepted IDs include PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS card, voter's ID, postal ID, or PRC ID; and (2) a screenshot or photo confirming your registered payment method (e.g., your GCash profile screen showing your name and registered number). KYC is typically reviewed within 24 hours. You do not need to complete KYC before depositing or betting, only before withdrawing.

Deposits

Log in, go to the Cashier → Deposit section, select GCash, enter your deposit amount, and follow the QR code or redirect flow to your GCash app to confirm the payment. GCash deposits are credited to your Swerte Max balance instantly. The minimum deposit via GCash is ₱100. There is no deposit fee charged by Swerte Max, though standard GCash transfer limits from your network apply.

Swerte Max accepts the following deposit methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically credited within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day.

If your GCash or Maya deposit has not appeared in your Swerte Max balance after 10 minutes, first check your GCash/Maya transaction history to confirm the payment was actually completed and was not still pending or failed. If the GCash deduction went through but the Swerte Max balance has not updated, contact our 24/7 live chat support with your GCash/Maya transaction reference number and the date, time, and amount of the deposit. Our team can usually resolve this within 30 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the bank and time of day.

Default deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. For most Filipino players using GCash, standard GCash transfer limits (up to ₱100,000 per transaction, up to ₱100,000 per day) apply. Players who want to set their own personal deposit limits — for example, a self-imposed weekly limit of ₱2,000 — can do so for free in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Reducing your limit is instant; increasing it requires a 7-day waiting period. See our Responsible Gaming page for more details.

Withdrawals

Log in, go to Cashier → Withdrawal, select GCash, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Make sure your GCash number is already linked to your account and that KYC verification has been completed. Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within 24 hours during business days. Once processed by Swerte Max, the funds appear in your GCash wallet almost immediately. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Processing times depend on the withdrawal method: GCash and Maya — within 24 hours after KYC is approved. Bank transfer (InstaPay) — within 1 business day. PESONet bank transfer — 1 to 2 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or over weekends may take slightly longer. You will receive an SMS and email notification once your withdrawal has been processed. If a withdrawal is pending for more than 48 hours, contact live chat support with your request reference number.

Common reasons a withdrawal may be declined include: KYC not yet completed, incomplete wagering requirements on an active bonus, the withdrawal amount being below the ₱200 minimum, a mismatch between your registered name and the name on your payment account, or a pending account review. Swerte Max will always notify you of the reason for a declined withdrawal via email. Resolve the specific issue raised and resubmit your withdrawal request. Our support team is available 24/7 to walk you through this.

The minimum withdrawal amount at Swerte Max is ₱200. There is no withdrawal fee charged by Swerte Max for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. For bank transfers, your bank's receiving fee (if any) may apply. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the full current fee schedule.

Sports Betting

Go to the Basketball Betting section, select the PBA game you want to bet on, and choose from available markets — moneyline (who wins), point spread (Asian handicap), over/under (total points), and more. Click on the odds to add a selection to your bet slip, enter your stake in PHP, review the potential payout, and confirm the bet. Live in-play betting is also available during games where odds update in real time as the score changes. Visit Betting Odds to see today's available matches.

Yes. Swerte Max covers the PVL (Premier Volleyball League), UAAP volleyball, and international volleyball competitions including the V.League. Available markets typically include full match winner, set handicap, over/under sets, and individual set betting. Check the Volleyball Betting page during PVL and UAAP season for the full schedule and available markets.

If a game is officially cancelled or postponed before it starts and does not resume within the standard settlement window (usually 24 hours for PBA, 48 hours for other leagues), all bets on that game are voided and your stake is returned to your Swerte Max balance in full. If a game is abandoned after it starts but before the required minimum time of play has been completed, bets are also typically voided — refer to Swerte Max's House Rules for the specific minimum play requirements per sport.

The minimum single sports bet at Swerte Max is ₱20. The minimum parlay (multi-bet) is also ₱20 total. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, competition, and market — they are displayed in the bet slip when you select a market. For very large wagers on high-profile PBA games, contact support ahead of time as increased limits may be available for verified accounts.

Slots & Games

Progressive jackpot slots have a prize pool that grows with every spin across all players on that game until one player wins the jackpot. A small percentage of every bet placed contributes to the jackpot counter. When a player triggers the jackpot — usually through a specific combination or a randomly triggered bonus — the full prize is paid out and the jackpot resets to its seed amount and starts growing again. The current jackpot value is displayed live on each game tile in the Jackpot Slots lobby.

Color Game is the classic Filipino perya dice game. Three coloured dice are used — each face shows a colour (red, blue, yellow, green, white, pink). You choose one or more colours, place your bet in pesos, and the dice are rolled. If one of the three dice lands on your chosen colour, you win 1x your stake. If two dice show your colour, you win 2x. If all three show your colour, you win 3x. The simplest and most exciting game at Swerte Max. Visit the Color Game page to start playing.

All slot games on Swerte Max use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagered money that a slot game pays back to players over a very large number of spins. For example, a 96% RTP game returns ₱96 for every ₱100 wagered on average — but this average applies across millions of spins, not any individual session. RTP figures are published on individual game info pages within the Swerte Max lobby.

Bonuses & Promotions

A wagering requirement (sometimes called rollover or turnover) is the number of times you need to bet through your bonus before you can withdraw the winnings from it. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱5,000 in bets before the bonus amount can be withdrawn as real money. Your progress toward the wagering requirement is shown in your account dashboard under Active Bonuses. Specific wagering terms vary per promotion — always check the promotion's terms before claiming.

After registering, find your personal referral code in the Refer a Friend section of your account. Share this code with friends, family, or anyone you know who would enjoy Swerte Max. When they register using your code and make their first qualifying deposit, both you and your referee receive a reward — the specific amounts are detailed on the Refer a Friend page. There is no limit to how many people you can refer, so the more kabayan you bring in, the more you earn.

Bonuses at Swerte Max have an expiry date — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. If you do not meet the wagering requirement within the bonus validity period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it are automatically forfeited. Some bonuses are also cancelled if you make a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement. The expiry date and remaining wagering progress for each bonus are visible in your Account Dashboard → Active Bonuses section.

Security

Go to Account Settings → Security and toggle on Two-Factor Authentication. Once enabled, every login will require you to enter a 6-digit code sent via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number, in addition to your password. This means even if someone has your password, they cannot access your account without your phone. Swerte Max strongly recommends enabling 2FA, especially if your account holds a significant balance.

Act immediately. Contact Swerte Max 24/7 live chat support and tell them you suspect unauthorised account access. They can temporarily lock your account while you reset your credentials. Change your password immediately from a secure device. Never share your password with anyone — including people claiming to be Swerte Max staff. Swerte Max will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat.

Yes. Swerte Max holds a valid operating license issued by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), the government body that regulates all legal gambling operations in the Philippines. We are also compliant with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of the Philippines) and registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Playing on Swerte Max means playing on a platform that is legally authorised, regulated, and accountable to Philippine law.

Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion allows you to permanently close your Swerte Max account if gambling is causing harm. Contact our support team via live chat or email at support@swertemax.asia to request self-exclusion. This is irreversible — the account cannot be reopened. Any real-money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method. For a temporary break instead, use the cooling-off period tool in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, which lets you pause your account from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. See the Responsible Gaming page for all available tools.

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and select Deposit Limits. Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly limit and enter your preferred amount. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 7-day waiting period to protect you from impulsive decisions. All responsible gaming tools at Swerte Max are completely free.

Reaching out is the right move. Swerte Max's responsible gaming support team is available 24/7 via live chat in English and Tagalog — just ask for the responsible gaming team. There is no judgement and no pressure. You can also email support@swertemax.asia. For professional counselling, PAGCOR offers problem gambling support resources for Filipino players. Swerte Max can also activate protective tools like self-exclusion or a cooling-off period immediately on request. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for the full list of available tools and resources.
