Trouble Logging In? Here's What to Check

Most login problems at Swerte Max come down to one of four things: a mistyped password, a locked account from too many wrong attempts, a browser that has stored an old password, or a forgotten username. The good news is that all of these are quick to fix.

Forgotten Password

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. Enter the email address you registered with, and Swerte Max will send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive — sometimes email filters catch transactional emails. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes.

Account Temporarily Locked

After five consecutive incorrect password attempts, your Swerte Max account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes as a security measure. This prevents automated login attacks. After 15 minutes, you can try again — or use the password reset option to set a new password immediately.

Two-Factor Authentication Code Not Arriving

If you have 2FA enabled and the SMS code is not arriving, check that your registered Philippine mobile number is correct in your account settings. Network delays can occasionally affect SMS delivery. Wait up to 2 minutes before requesting a resend. If you are consistently not receiving codes, contact live chat support who can verify your number and assist with account access.

Browser or Device Issues

If the login page is not loading correctly or your saved password is not working, try clearing your browser cache or opening Swerte Max in a private/incognito tab. This removes stored credentials and cookies that might be causing the issue. Swerte Max works on all major browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and the standard Android browser.

Still stuck? Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat on swertemax.asia and via email at support@swertemax.asia. They typically respond to login issues within minutes.

Keeping Your Swerte Max Account Secure

Your Swerte Max account is protected by SSL encryption on every login, but there are additional steps you can take to make your account even more secure:

Enable 2FA. Turn on two-factor authentication in your account security settings. Every login will require a code sent to your Philippine mobile number.

Use a unique password. Do not reuse a password you use for GCash, Gmail, or any other account. A unique password means a breach elsewhere does not affect your Swerte Max account.

Do not share your credentials. Swerte Max will never ask for your password via SMS, chat, or email. If anyone asks for it, they are not from Swerte Max.

Log out on shared devices. If you log in from an internet café, a friend's phone, or a shared computer, always log out manually when you are done. Do not tick "remember me" on devices that are not yours.

Keep your email and mobile up to date. Your recovery options are only useful if they are current. Update your email and Philippine mobile number in account settings if they ever change.
